Map & Directions

Located in the same building as Cascade Park Vista assisted living, adult day health TBI and Memory Care is on the right side of the building (if facing building from parking lot – North side) and traditional programming is on the left side, just left of the main portico entrance to the Vista assisted living. We are in the heart of the Stadium District of Tacoma, a jump and skip from downtown.
